RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because this product is made to order specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or an incorrect selection of size, color, or style.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the issue is confirmed, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
